Chief Executive Officer
With more than 20 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, and infrastructure leadership, Robert has led enterprise IT initiatives across public and private sectors, delivering secure, scalable technology solutions that improve operational performance and reduce business risk. His expertise spans Zero Trust security, cybersecurity strategy, managed IT services, cloud technologies, regulatory compliance, IT operations, and digital transformation.
As a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Robert founded Layer 7 Cyber with a mission that extends beyond technology. He is committed to empowering fellow veterans by providing mentorship, technical training, and meaningful career pathways into the cybersecurity and IT industries. Under his leadership, the company combines military discipline, integrity, and service with industry-leading cybersecurity practices to help clients confidently defend against today's evolving cyber threats.
